What is aromatherapy?

Essential oils are all natural compounds found in the root, petal, rind, leaf or bark of a plant.
The powers of essential oils have been utilized to promote good health and happiness and can be used in many ways. They are soothing when you are stressed, provide relief from illnesses, and promote and improve sleep. Essential oils give you a pick me up when feeling sluggish or down, and help you focus and energize your brain.
